- @Transactional为类或者方法内的数据库操作添加事务

* 注意 函数里所有的操作 都会设定为一次事务,而且这次事务不会被try catch打断. 1和2依然是一个事务中
* 嵌套注解
1.内外层的注解必须是@Target({ElementType.TYPE})类型,这样才能把注解 从A传递到B
